Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Test Lead
to provide
leadership and hands‑on expertise across manual and automated testing
activities in a complex, enterprise application environment. This role is
responsible for defining test strategies, leading automation efforts,
coordinating UAT, and ensuring overall solution quality across front‑end and
back‑end systems within an agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Collaborate
  with product managers, product owners, and technical teams to develop
  comprehensive test strategies and test plans
• 
  Apply
  strong expertise in both automated and manual testing to design and
  execute test scripts, test cases, and scenarios across IST, UAT, and
  Production environments
• 
  Lead
  automation testing initiatives and integrate automated scripts into CI/CD
  pipelines
• 
  Plan,
  create, and manage test data for all test phases
• 
  Set
  up and manage Test Plans, Test Suites, and Test Cases using Azure DevOps
• 
  Execute
  integration, functional, regression, unit, load, performance,
  accessibility, and non‑functional testing
• 
  Plan
  and organize testing activities for both front‑end (UI) and back‑end
  application components
• 
  Communicate
  testing progress and results through reports and daily stand‑ups to
  technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• 
  Implement
  technical testing methodologies covering interfaces, integrations, fail‑over,
  performance, security, and data integrity
• 
  Evaluate
  test outcomes against acceptance criteria and provide weekly status
  reporting
• 
  Define,
  document, and measure acceptance criteria
• 
  Log,
  track, and manage defects with detailed reproduction steps and supporting
  evidence
• 
  Participate
  in requirements workshops, walkthroughs, and review sessions
• 
  Support
  agile and iterative development lifecycles to ensure quality throughout
  delivery
• 
  Conduct
  post‑release and post‑implementation testing
• 
  Support
  and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• 
  Develop
  traceability matrices to align testing outcomes with business requirements
• 
  Coordinate
  testing reviews with business analysts and stakeholders

Knowledge Transfer Requirements

• 
  Conduct
  ongoing knowledge transfer through regular working sessions and
  touchpoints
• 
  Transfer
  all testing artifacts, documentation, and related materials to designated
  repositories
• 
  Schedule
  dedicated knowledge‑transfer sessions to ensure continuity and clarity

Qualifications & Experience

Technical & Testing Experience

• 
  3+
  years of experience developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and
  test data
• 
  Strong
  experience with automation testing tools and frameworks
• 
  Hands‑on
  experience managing test plans and test cases in Azure DevOps, including
  Kanban boards
• 
  Experience
  executing automation, integration, unit, regression, functional,
  accessibility, and non‑functional testing
• 
  Experience
  testing Commercial off‑the‑Shelf (COTS) and SaaS solutions
• 
  Knowledge
  of Waterfall, Agile, and Iterative methodologies
• 
  Solid
  understanding of the full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• 
  Experience
  with defect tracking and resolution processes
• 
  Strong
  hands‑on experience with AODA accessibility standards
