YOUR ROLE:

• Full technical ownership in testing loadboard for plant wide covering maintenance of loadboard, improvement projects, cost saving projects, spare part and component management, production fault isolation support, loadboard troubleshooting, test program basic debugging…etc
• Knowledge in PCB electronics and experience in using schematics and test program for troubleshoot issues
• Good skillset in manufacturing test sustaining, able to perform design change and optimizations as ONE stop solution provider
• Good technical report writing and communication skills to product owner / designer from divisions is a bonus expertise

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES:

Testing knowhow

• Tester platform HW and SW such as Flex, A565, T2K, ETS364/800, V93K
• Programming knowhow such as C/C++, Visual basic
• Quality concepts in testing development such as PAT
• Debug tools

Statistical knowhow

• Software tools data elaboration
• Main statistical concepts such as mean, cp/cpk, sigma
• Data robustness concept
• Production data elaboration for yield monitor and comparison between test cells

Production knowhow

• Production procedures, FT, QA
• Production equipment in testing area (handler, finishing)
• Process flow following quality requirements (Inline QA, JVT, Relative test)

Loadboard knowhow

• Knowledge on loadboard design and development process
• Test loadboard troubleshooting skillset eg relay checker, oscilloscope, multimeter, component checking, schematic, BOM list

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
