What to Expect

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain safe as well as reliable workshop infrastructure through installation, preventive maintenance and repair of equipment, workshop assets and facility utilities. The successful candidate for this position must have a broad background and a proven record of success in managing equipment maintenance/repair and facilities operations.

Interpersonal and communication skills are a requirement to establish effective working relationships within the engineering teams, other Tesla teams and external stakeholders. On top of this, close liaising with suppliers is vital so that technical support can be available as/when needed.

The successful candidate for this position takes pride in his/her hands-on abilities, organization skills and attention to detail. He/she appreciates a dynamic & fast paced work environment where superior work is encouraged, noticed and rewarded.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle daily facility requests and distribute to vendors within your region
  • Promptly resolve repairs, maintenance, and upgrades topics for the facility
  • Provide the engineering teams with all necessary supplies and services for daily operation
  • Communicate with stakeholders on facility initiatives and projects
  • Managing of on-site assets
  • Manage vendor relations, ensuring timely and effective solutions to issues that may arise
  • Manage complete finance process from PO creation to invoice approval
  • Respond to emergencies, providing prompt and effective solutions

  • Spanish and English proficiency (preferred), with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new systems and technologies
