Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, specializes in the management of complex public sector IT projects, including systems integration, informatics and analytics, solution implementation and program management. Our team helps lead clients through digital and information systems design, bringing expertise in a variety of areas ranging from software development, data science and security management to machine learning, cloud, and mobile development. Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024.

We are currently looking for a Test Expert to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.

Tasks:

• Responsible for testing strategy and planning test activities.
• Develops test plans, test cases, and designs the testing environment.
• Implements, executes, and debugs application test cases and scripts.
• Validates and documents completion of testing and development.
• Interprets test results and reports on test progress and issues.
• Analyses functional and technical system design for testability.
• Contributes to quality assurance in the project.
• Documents tests and tracks defects.
• Monitors test results, analyses system quality, and reports on status and trends.
• Cooperates with analysis, architects, software development, and service desk teams.

Qualifications

Knowledge and skills:

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar position
• Minimum 4 years of project experience relevant to the profile or at a similar position
• Presents excellent command of English, at least at B2 level
• Required certificates:
  • At least 1 certification among:
    • ISTQB Advanced
    • or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
    • or 3 years of experience in test management above required minimum experience at a similar position
• Expert in testing including:
  • Unit testing
  • Integration testing
  • Functional testing
  • Performance and stress testing
  • Acceptance testing
  • Regression testing
• Expert in designing test environments.
• Hands-on experience in testing complex systems up to the amount of years per profile requested at the "minimum experience at similar position".
• Experience in setting up a test management tool for a new project.
• Experience in providing test documentation.
• Experience in leading testing in a complex project.
• Practical knowledge of testing tools.
• Analytical mind, attention to detail, and the ability to pick things up quickly.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of processes in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Specific Requirements:

• Experience with testing using Azure DevOps Test Plans.
• Hands-on experience with creating SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with testing SharePoint-based applications
