KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops project’s business case in terms of scope, timeline, responsibilities, stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Draws detailed technical specifications and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborates with other business units to understand how you can use automation to improve workflow.
  • Simulating and testing automated machinery and methods.
  • Assists maintenance team with troubleshooting of plc/computer systems
  • Identifies HSE and security project’s impact assessments.
  • Takes part in Factory, Site and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Ensures coherent communication plans.
  • Prepares status reporting including: timeliness, resourcing, quality and budget variances.
  • Ensures business continuity throughout the lifetime of a project.
  • Ensures a safe and healthy workplace, including the promotion of environmental, health and safety standards, integrated management systems and any other relevant initiatives. When working for, on behalf or when representing Crane Authentication, the incumbent must always act and behave in a way compliant with all company guidelines, policies and procedures - especially those relating to EHS and Code of Business Principles.
  • Embraces the principles of Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • In depth understanding of hardware, software, system, and networks.
  • Skill to communicate and collaborate with others.
  • Proficient in computer programming and software development
  • Knowing how to troubleshoot and test various solutions.
  • Critical thinker to develop practical solutions for complex automation processes.
  • Excellent data management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Have a solid understanding of the main principles of engineering and infrastructural works
  • Have a degree in an engineering science
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Project Management.
  • Have good time and budget management
  • Be competent at multitasking
  • Have team-building skills
  • Have a great eye for detail and constantly pursue excellence
  • Have a language proficiency: English C1 or higher

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Have proven experience in project management
  • Prince 2 Practitioner certification would be considered an asset
