Job Description

Manage and oversee the organization of a testing laboratory area, prioritizing and administering multiple projects within the laboratory's functional areas to support all business units. Support new product design teams through the planning, development, and execution of responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Promote continuous development of team members.
  • Prepare justifications for and manage budgets (Capital Assets and Departmental Budgets).
  • Ensure proper performance of the area/organization in terms of safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Comply with and enforce company policies (safety, environmental, technology, and asset protection).
  • Implement and oversee standard operating procedures.
  • Implement new systems and technologies.
  • Maintain process traceability and documentation.
  • Optimize resources (cost, efficiency, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Build and maintain global relationships (PRC, Vietnam, U.S.).
  • Support special activities and projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Strong oral and written presentation skills (English and Spanish)
