We are looking for a Test Engineering Group leader. In this exciting role, you will manage a team in charge of the development of Industrial Test Solutions for Mass Production.

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 10+ Test Engineers for the development of System on Chip Automotive Radar products across a multiple sites environment.
• Support the execution of test engineering activities during New Product Introduction (NPI) & product ramp-up.
• Accountable for the deliveries (quality & timewise) of test contents in the Digital, Memory, Security and High-Speed IO domains.
• Drive alignments with other Test Engineering managers as well as Product Engineering, Program Management, DfT and Validation team leaders within the global organization.
• Develop, coach and mentor your team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree in Electronics or equivalent.
• Proven experience multicultural, multisite team leading
• 5+ years’ experience in SOC Test development using ATE-systems (Advantest & Smartest8 experience is a plus)
• Solid experience in Digital, Memory, Security and High-Speed IO domains. (in Analog & RF/mmW is a plus)
• Fluency in English language both oral and written and skills to operate in a global environment with multiple partners in US, Europe and Asia.
• Strong Team Player with problem-solving skills
• Organizes and controls tasks by defined objectives
• Balances strategic vision with strong execution
