Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support all test phase activities during the development lifecycle
• Responsible for test plan creations, test execution, documentation, and compliance review
• Create and execute manual test scripts
• Performing and documenting functional testing and regression testing
• Record and track software deviations, defect handling and tracking
• Maintenance of existing manual test cases
• Regular coordination with all relevant departments
• Development of solution approaches regarding the test processes (manual, integration)

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in manual testing (mandatory)
• Proven experience in testing Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA, X‑Ray, and Confluence for test management and ISTQB Certification Fundamentals (mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of SQL is an added advantage
• Solid understanding and practical experience with Scrum and Kanban
• Strong focus on quality assurance, process compliance, and continuous improvement
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Very good command of English, both written and verbal
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
