What you will do to help drive the energy transition:
Developing innovative sonnen energy storage products
Verifing and testing of state of the art analog and digital electronics
Develop automated test equipment for electronic assemblies
Accompany and support product development by continuously testing
Support product compliance team and provide verification reports
Close collaboration with cross-functional and international project teams as well as external partners
Identify opportunities to optimize existing product designs and mechanisms
What you will need on that journey:
University degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering
Strong experience in hardware testing of embedded systems and knowledge of hardware test methodologies (verification, reliability, compliance testing)
Solid experience (+3 years) in analog and digital electronics
Solid experience (+3 years) in developing and maintaining electrical test facilities
Proficiency in Python and C++ as well as Altium as design tool
Proficiency with hardware design standards, EMI/EMC compliance and regulatory certifications
Understanding of industrial communication protocols
Familiarity with renewable energy technologies is a plus
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and an independent, structured, proactive work style
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset in a transparent work environment
Fluent in written and spoken English
