Position Summary

Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Test Engineer Manager, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.Work you’ll do/Responsibilities Lead ETL, AWS, and Databricks testing for government business initiatives, owning the Integrated Test Environment (INT) to maintain stable, efficient, and reliable testing operations.Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, integrity, and reconciliation between source and target systems.Direct system, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing across complex data and cloud environments.Perform API testing using Postman and lead root cause analysis for defects through identification, resolution, and closure.Build and maintain test automation frameworks for ETL and cloud testing, improving test coverage, repeatability, and delivery speed.Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and measure the efficiency gains, cost savings, and business value delivered.Manage outsourced and offshore testing arrangements, including coordination, quality oversight, deliverable management, and performance tracking.Mentor QA team members and collaborate across a highly matrixed organization to align business analysts, developers, and data engineers on requirements, testing strategies, and quality standards.The successful candidate would possess these skills:• Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product• Ability to build and sustain professional relationships • Ability to lead projects or workstreams• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor • Ability to meet deadlines• Ability to mentor and provide clear guidance to othersThe Team Join our AI & Engineering team in transforming technology platforms, driving innovation, and helping make a significant impact on our clients' success. Our flexible delivery models—traditional teams, pools, or pods—are tailored to each client’s needs, offering engineering-led advisory, implementation, and operational capabilities to accelerate innovation.Qualifications Required 10+ years of experience in technology consulting and/or industry experienceExperience with embedded quality and testing across large-scale transformation programs.Demonstrated experience with AWSDemonstrated experience with tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, or similar tools.Experience providing leadership for projects of various sizes and levels of complexity.Experience with Agile methodologyBachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experienceLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.Qualifications PreferredAWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalentSAFe or Scrum certification (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, CSPO).Strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to: problem solving, decision making, influencing, change management, written and oral communications, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization effectively, as well as manage outsourced/offshore testing arrangements.
