Job Description

Hi, I'm Rita Dias, your Recruiter and guide to joining CSG! We are excited to learn more about you and your unique background.

This role is responsible for reviewing the overall architecture of hardware, software, and networking systems by composing a slightly complex test plan script, executing the tests, documenting the results and analyzing the output. This role also works with Test & Defect Management tools, Test automation tools and scripting languages to complete basic tasks.

What you will be doing:

  • Design and evolve automated tests that validate business‑critical behavior, integrations, and data integrity.

  • Use AI tools to accelerate test ideation and automation while owning final quality judgment.

  • Identify ambiguity, gaps, and risk early—before code is written.

  • Partner with Product and Development to improve testability and requirement clarity.

  • Detect false confidence created by automation or AI‑generated artifacts.

  • Contribute to CI/CD quality gates and release confidence.

  • Reduce test maintenance cost through resilient automation patterns.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

  • 3 years of experience as QA.

  • Experience using AI tools to generate test ideas, test cases, or automation scaffolding.

  • Ability to iteratively refine AI‑generated tests for correctness, completeness, and maintainability.

  • Experience leveraging AI to accelerate exploratory, regression, or edge‑case testing.

  • Ability to identify hallucinated, misleading, or incomplete AI‑generated test coverage.

  • Strong understanding of coverage vs. confidence and when automation creates false safety.

  • Comfort acting as the final quality gate for AI‑assisted outputs.

  • Experience improving brittle tests toward more resilient or self‑adjusting patterns.

  • Interest in using AI to reduce long‑term test maintenance cost over time.

  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
