We are seeking individuals with strong factory hardware testing and supplier management experience to join our team and help identify, enable, and improve world-class manufacturing suppliers for test processes and solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a global environment.
Hands-on knowledge & technical capability in tester design & qualifications, troubleshooting, limit setting, and process buy-offs.
Knowledgeable in crafting tester qualification requirements, including calibration, correlation, capability, repeatability and reproducibility, design of experiments, and failure analysis
Project management and supplier management experience.
Proficient in statistical analysis and skilled in using relevant tools for data analysis.
Be able to learn new software and AI capabilities. Find opportunities to apply these new capabilities to improve the factory Test processes and tools.
Vietnamese and Mandarin language skills are highly preferred
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant fields
3+ years of work experience in any assembly, inspection, test station design, test development, maintenance, and automation equipment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to multiple locations, at least 30–50% of the time
