About the Role:

As a Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software & hardware products by designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans and procedures. Your work will directly impact the user experience by identifying defects early and verifying that all functionalities meet the specified requirements. The role demands meticulous documentation of test cases, execution results, and defect reports to facilitate continuous improvement and compliance with quality standards. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to delivering robust, high-quality software solutions that meet customer expectations and industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in software testing and validation, including functional testing and test plan development.
• Experience in writing clear and detailed test procedures and reports.
• Experience with Root-Cause Analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
• Experience working in a regulated industry requiring strict validation and documentation standards.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages or testing frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on software requirements and design specifications.
• Perform functional, regression, and validation testing to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand features and resolve issues effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports summarizing test activities, results, and identified issues for stakeholders.
