Job Description

In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on advancing RF testing for 4G and 5G technologies.   • Monitor and optimize tester productivity, yield, and false call rates to meet defined KPIs.
  • Provide maintenance and support for RF testers and related instruments focusing on 4G/5G technology.
  • Manage tester changeovers, including IC programming and unit test adjustments to align with customer requirements.
  • Contribute to spare parts management and address critical shortages to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Participate in new product introduction (NPI) and mass production tester installations, ensuring compliance with test plans.
  • Engage in troubleshooting and calibration of RF testers, enhancing performance and uptime.
  • Mentor and guide shift engineers while collaborating with local and global teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present summary reports on tester performance and improvement projects.

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Electronics/Telecommunications
  • 3 plus years of experience in the manufacturing & Electronics industry
  • Hands-on experience supporting global teams for tester installation and breakdown issues
  • Familiarity with handling Test & Measuring equipment
  • Expertise in troubleshooting tester issues, particularly RF filters and TRX PCBA

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with managing test instrument calibration cycles
  • Experience in preparing executive summary and MIS reports
  • Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Leadership and team development capabilities
