YOUR ROLE

• Support test manufacturing and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
• Ensure product industrialization meets product specifications, quality compliance, manufacturing standards, and business targets such as yield, cost, cycle time, and output commitment
• Execute product test flow simplification and ensure test program readiness before volume manufacturing.
• Industrialize new products, including test program release in line with quality, product, and manufacturing standards.
• Support production technical issues, lot disposition, and daily manufacturing problem solving.
• Monitor and analyze test / product / yield / silicon performance, including quality, productivity, test coverage, and process flow.
• Manage and improve product data, test setup requirements, and manufacturing test performance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Provide value-add engineering solutions to support cycle time improvement, quality performance, and cost savings
• Work closely with test planning, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to ensure smooth test operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional central/site teams to solve test operation issues and technical challenges.
• Support the Quality team in sustaining product quality and meeting customer quality expectations
• Provide test analysis and technical solutions for customer complaints and daily manufacturing issues.
  

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Good communication skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
