招聘职位：AI测试组件开发工程师（AI Test Infrastructure Developer）
职位概述：
我们正在寻找一位具备扎实工程能力、热衷于构建AI测试基础设施的工程师，专注于AI测试平台、MCP、Skill链路、AI Agent等核心测试组件的设计与开发。该职位将作为AI测试架构师的技术支撑，推动AI测试能力的工程化、平台化与可复用化，赋能大规模企业级ERP系统的质量保障。

核心职责：
• 设计、开发并维护AI测试平台与基础组件，包括MCP测试执行引擎、Skill链路、AI Agent测试框架等；
• 构建可扩展的测试服务能力（Prompt 执行模块、LLM 输出评估组件、数据生成服务等）；
• 与AI测试架构师协作，将测试策略转化为可复用的技术能力模块；
• 支持AI测试工程师使用测试组件，提供接口封装、SDK、文档与集成支持；
• 优化测试组件的性能、稳定性与可维护性，提升整体测试效率；
• 参与AI测试工具链的选型与集成，推动测试流程自动化与智能化；
• 参与CI/CD流程，支持测试组件在多环境下的部署与运维；
• 跟踪AI测试技术发展趋势，持续优化平台架构与能力边界。

任职要求：
必备技能与经验：
• 985本科学历，3年以上软件开发或测试平台开发经验，具备AI相关系统或工具开发经验者优先；
• 具备较强的开发能力，熟悉Java/Go/C++/Python中某一种或多种语言，全栈开发经验者优先；
• 熟悉微服务架构、API设计、异步任务调度、日志与监控体系；
• 熟悉至少一种测试框架（如Playwright、Robot Framework、Appium）及其二次开发；
• 熟悉CI/CD流程与工具（如GitHub Actions、Azure DevOps、Jenkins）；
• 熟悉SQL与NoSQL数据库，具备数据建模与数据服务开发能力；
• 具备良好的系统调试、性能优化与问题定位能力；
• 具备良好的文档编写能力与团队协作意识，能支持多角色协同开发。
加分项：
• 有MCP、Skill、AI Agent等测试组件开发经验；
• 有AI测试平台或质量中台建设经验；
• 有ERP系统或企业级应用开发与测试经验；
• 对AI充满好奇心，有AI Agent长链路任务、Agentic技能框架、Harness等前沿实践经验，对前沿模型和AI应用工具的发展有敏锐观察。
