Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Review and abide by all Company policies in the latest revision of the Employee Handbook.

2. Comply with all terms and conditions of any applicable employment agreement.

3. Review test results and coverage based on product specifications.

4. Develop and maintain test tool programs according to product specifications.

5. Optimize and improve the reliability and stability of test programs.

6. Familiarize with production processes to increase the automation ratio of production lines.

Qualifications:

1. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE/MSEE) or Computer Science (BSCS/MSCS), with around 3–5+ years of relevant experience.
2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in C, C++, VB, VC, Python, AI/Deep Learning, Linux script.
3. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required, while Mandarin language ability is preferred and may provide an added advantage.
