Job Description

You will be responsible for overseeing and executing the full testing lifecycle of an integrated e-payment system, including planning, design, execution, and automation of tests, as well as defect tracking and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end testing for an integrated e-payment solution
  • Interpret business and system requirements to develop effective test strategies
  • Set up and maintain test environments
  • Design and implement manual and automated test cases
  • Use scripting or programming languages for test automation and performance tuning
  • Ensure test coverage through traceability and gap analysis
  • Document and manage defects, ensuring resolution
  • Review test outcomes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conduct root cause analysis on production and UAT issues
  • Produce clear technical documentation and user guides for testing tools and solutions

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in test execution and automation involving devices or backend systems
  • Familiarity with the entire system development lifecycle
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • ISTQB or equivalent testing certification (preferred)
  • Prior experience in micro-payment systems, smart card technologies, or automated fare collection systems is advantageous
  • Hands-on knowledge of various test phases such as SIT, UAT, and performance testing
