Responsable de mantener los equipos de prueba funcionales y dar soporte en el área de electrónica.
Responsabilidades:
Establecer, implementar y mantener métodos de prueba, equipo y sistemas para los productos dentro del área de responsabilidad.
Investigación y desarrollo de métodos nuevos, diseño de equipo y sistemas, para mejorar los procedimientos de prueba
Utilizar reportes de calidad y del departamento, para medir el desempeño del equipo de prueba e implementar mejoras
Proveer células de manufactura con procedimientos precisos de prueba escritos y rutinas de mantenimiento lista de refacciones para ser utilizadas en documentos de manufactura.
Contribuir con el registro de acciones de los equipos de prueba y de proyectos departamento para propósitos de mejora en el desempeño de estos mismos.
Proveer asistencia técnica, servicios y soporte a las líneas de producto para procesos de manufactura.
Proyectos de documentos de acuerdo con lineamientos activos y formatos implementados.
Implementar las acciones necesarias para lograr o exceder metas de reducción de costo dentro del área de responsabilidad.
Funciona como un miembro responsable del equipo con el ing. de producto, calidad y personal de manufactura para mantener un alto grado de calidad y productividad.
Ayudar y apoyar en el desarrollo y programa de entrenamiento del personal de manufactura para la operación del producto y prueba.
Cumplir con política, normatividad y procedimientos aplicables de seguridad en la empresa.
Autoridad:
Responsable de dar soporte y coordinar acciones de los técnicos e ingenieros Jr. de prueba.
Puede definir políticas, estándares y metodologías de prueba para toda el área.
Autoridad para gestionar recursos: asignar personal, aprobar tiempos y priorizar proyectos.
Capacidad de aprobar inversiones en equipos de prueba o justificar presupuestos al área de gerencia.
Autoridad para aprobar planes de prueba y resultados finales de validación para la liberación de productos.
Requerimientos básicos:
Ingeniero preferentemente Electromecánica, Mecatrónica y/o Electronica.
Mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo de equipo de pruebas.
Disponibilidad de horario para apoyar en fines de semana.
Disponibilidad para apoyar en los diferentes turnos.
Experiencia como ingeniero (mínimo 5 años) en la industria manufacturera de ensamble de producto de tablillas Electrónicas.
Programación CVI, Lab View, VB, C++, PLC
Habilidad para resolución de problemas usando métodos analíticos.
Bilingüe inglés-español (80%).
Experiencia en manejo y programacion en equipos de Inspección automática (AOI, Sistemas de visión para TH.).
Experiencia en manejo y programación de equipos ICT, Pruebas Funcionales.
Requerimientos deseables:
Experiencia en integración de equipo de prueba.
Conocimientos de protocolos de comunicación, RS232, I2C, TTL.
Visa para viajar a US.
Conocimiento de métodos estadísticos, para el análisis y mejora del desempeño de los equipos de prueba.
Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing.
