The Filter Test Engineer (TE) is responsible for the development and release of new test solutions for BAW and SAW Filter products as they advance from development to production. The TE reports to Test Engineering Manager and will work with design, NPI and Test Sustaining to support engineering test requirements during the new product introduction process with the vision to optimize production testing as well.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. Prepares test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products. Plans the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standard and special devices.
Responsibilities of this position include supporting engineering test activities pertaining to engineering sample fulfilment of new filter product. Additionally, the TE will work on development of new test capabilities as well as optimization of existing manufacturing and reliability testing through automation.
