Job Description

Data Collection Driver – $28–$32/hour
Schedule: Full-time, 8–10 hour shifts, 1PM–10PM (includes 25%–50% night driving)

About the Role

We’re hiring professional and dependable drivers to join an innovative AI technology company on a mapping and video recording project You’ll be driving a company-provided vehicle to collect location data, manage files, and ensure safe operations.

This is a great opportunity for drivers with rideshare, delivery, or other commercial driving experience who are looking for steady, well-paid work and the chance to support cutting-edge autonomous vehicle projects.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company vehicle safely for 8–10 hours/day (some night driving required)
• Map and record assigned routes according to project instructions
• Handle and organize collected data securely each shift
• Monitor progress and provide accurate reporting
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Travel & Training (Required)

• Bay Area (Redwood City): Sept 1 – Oct 1 (lodging + per diem provided)
• Los Angeles: Oct 1 – Dec 1 (lodging + per diem provided)

Qualifications

• Clean driving record (must provide driving history)
• Commercial driving experience (Uber, Lyft, delivery, courier, or similar)
• Comfortable with long hours and night driving
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Basic digital data/file handling experience a plus
• Familiarity with ADAS or AV technology a plus, not required
