About Global Payment
The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok.

Our team dives into the quality and efficiency problems under the Global Payments product line, and continually solves quality and efficiency problems to ensure that Global Payments provides a highly reliable and stable service for our international products.

Responsibilities
- Be responsible for playing a key role in executing a comprehensive, risk-based testing program to assess risks, business controls, and regulatory obligation adherence.
- Create and maintain regular reporting of testing results to provide transparency to the compliance risks
- Continuously track online and offline faults, and draw some improvement measures such as monitoring optimization, test plan improvement, etc.;
- Excellent problem solving skills and closely collaborated with global teams and adopted flexible working hours
- Knowledge of quality assurance technological development trends, and able to pivot quickly and apply these technologies.
