What a typical day looks like:

• 参与产品测试需求分析，负责测试原理设计及软件测试流程的制定。
• 负责软件及硬件开发的规划与实施，能够在开发过程中快速、高效地解决问题，并跟进问题分析及报告输出。
• 负责整套测试方案的系统级验证。
• 对开发过程中发现的问题进行深入分析与精准定位，并与客户研发团队讨论解决方案。
• 对测试数据进行统计分析，完成 CGK、G&R、CMK 等相关分析报告。
• 对现有测试工站（测试软件及硬件）进行优化和改进。
• 负责编写用户操作手册。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 4年及以上测试开发工作经验，搭建测试台、编写测试方案、执行功能性能可靠性老化EMC测试
• 必须熟悉Linux 系统
• 必须了解设备控制逻辑、PLC、运动控制、通讯协议（UART/I2C/SPI/Modbus/TCP-IP/GPIB)
• 至少会一门脚本编程语言：Python、C#、LabVIEW、TestStand
• 能写自动化测试脚本、开发测试工具、做一些数据采集与分析
• 熟悉常用设备的机械结构、运动控制、电气原理
• 能搭建测试台、编写测试方案、执行功能性能可靠性老化EMC测试
• 英语读写熟练。
