At Diagnostics R&D, we develop software and integrated medical device solutions that support the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of hearing and balance disorders. Our products are used daily in hospitals, clinics, and hearing care centers worldwide, helping clinicians deliver better patient outcomes.
As a Test Developer, you will become part of an international R&D team of Developers, Architects, Testers, Scrum Masters, and Team Leads located in Denmark and Malaysia. Together, we design and build modern medical device software, clinical applications, platform components, and development frameworks that enable the next generation of diagnostic products. Your automation won't just pass tests. It will help build software that allows clinicians to make better decisions and improve patient outcomes around the world.

Ensure Software Quality
Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test solutions throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality releases.
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with developers, testers, architects, product owners, and domain experts to translate ideas and requirements into robust software solutions.Plan and execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing while working with developers to identify defects early and improve software quality.
