We at Access4You are looking for a dedicated Test Manager for our Test Evolution Cloud team. If you are ready for a new challenge in a dynamic environment, then you've come to the right place!

About us: Our team is diverse and broadly based. We support our customers in various areas, from the test environment to test data management and test automation. Our aim is to ensure the availability of the test platforms and to enable the teams from the Workplace Experience environment to run their test projects. We coordinate the test data management and are responsible for tracking defects resulting from our automated E2E tests.

Your tasks as Test Manager:

• Central team contact for the specialist departments
• Carry out risk assessment, proactive coordination of communication with the specialist departments/requestors and approval
• Defect management:
  • Checking and analyzing the impact of defects/deviations and classifying defects in JIRA
  • Proactive and targeted involvement of all necessary contacts for defect analysis with the specialist departments and our test environment, test data and test automation team to find solutions for defects
  • Proactive monitoring of defects (escalation if necessary) until successful completion (solution finding)
  • Developing and proactively optimizing best practices when problems occur or risks are identified
  • Documentation of all defect-relevant information and decisions
  • Preparing, conducting and moderating the weekly defect conference calls with the specialist departments and projects
  • Creating defect reports and distributing them to the relevant stakeholders
• Test data management: planning, management and control of test projects, test conception and effort estimation, in detail this is:
  • Checking the test data requirements from the specialist departments including iterative coordination
  • Team coordination for test data creation
  • Participation in the complex coordination with test environment management to carry out the deployments as a cooperative and competent contact person
  • Proactively requesting/managing changes to the processes that have an impact on the test data system and the test scripts that run automatically on a daily basis
  • Proactively requesting the necessary deployments and configurations on the test environments
  • Creation and management of test data in an SQL database
• Developing and defining test methods, test tools and test automation
• Creating test cases
• Technical support of scrum master and product owner in the program increment planning of the Service Hub Access4You

German (level B1) and English (level B2) are required for the advertised position.

Qualifications

ISTQB Foundation

Selenium, Worksoft or similar experience is an advantage
