Job Description

The Test Coordinator leads and manages end-to-end testing activities across DEME’s digital initiatives. The role ensures structured planning, controlled execution, requirement traceability, and high-quality outcomes across SIT, E2E, UAT, and Regression testing. The Test Coordinator acts as the central coordination point between Business, IT, Vendors, and Key Users to ensure smooth delivery and readiness for Go Live.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead test planning: scope, timelines, entry/exit criteria, and deliverables. 
  • Ensure alignment with DEME’s Test Strategy and document deviations when  required 
  • Review functional requirements with Business Analysts. 
  • Ensure complete, prioritized, traceable test scenarios in Azure DevOps. 
  • Build and  maintain Test Plans & Test Suites in Azure DevOps. 
  • Coordinate testers, track execution progress, and verify test evidence. 
  • Oversee  defect lifecycle: reporting quality, triage facilitation, tracking, and retesting. 
  • Highlight defect trends, risks, and potential impacts on deployment timelines. 
  • Provide daily/weekly status updates, dashboards, and KPIs to stakeholders. 
  • Prepare Test Summary Reports and contribute to Go/No-go readiness assessments. 
  • Ensure  test  environments  (TST/ACC)  are stable and deployed with correct versions. 
  • Coordinate test data availability, accuracy, and refresh cycles. 
  • Work closely with developers, initiative managers, key users, and vendors to resolve issues and  maintain testing momentum. 

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Masters in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in Software Testing & Test Coordination.
  • Strong understanding of test methodologies, test lifecycle, and defect management. 
  • Handson experience with  Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans). 
  • High  proficiency in  MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word 
  • Experience in multistakeholder, multivendor environments. 
  • Strong communication, planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Experience in ERP/HR/Finance systems or digital transformation programs. 
  • Basic knowledge of automation testing and API testing. 
  • Familiarity with ITIL or service management principles.
