Job Title: Test Coordinator
Location: Arnhem / Hybrid
Employment Type: Contract / Full-time (TBC)
Start Date: Immediate (ASAP)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Test Coordinator to support testing activities across multiple IT projects. The role involves coordinating test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting to ensure high-quality delivery of software releases.

The ideal candidate is structured, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Coordinate end-to-end testing activities (system, integration, and user acceptance testing)
• 
  Develop and maintain test plans, test schedules, and test progress reports
• 
  Track, log, and manage defects using test management tools
• 
  Liaise between business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams
• 
  Ensure test cases are executed according to agreed timelines
• 
  Monitor test coverage and ensure quality standards are met
• 
  Support release readiness and go-live validation
• 
  Provide regular updates and status reporting to project stakeholders

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience as a Test Coordinator, QA Analyst, or similar role
• 
  Strong understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC)
• 
  Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Xray, TestRail, HP ALM)
• 
  Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• 
  Strong communication and coordination skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• 
  Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

Nice to Have

• 
  ISTQB certification
• 
  Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• 
  Knowledge of automation testing concepts (not mandatory)
