Job Title: Test Center Administrator (Singapore, Part‑time)
We’re hiring a part‑time Test Center Administrator in Singapore to support the smooth, secure delivery of exams while providing an excellent experience for every candidate. The Role

Pearson VUE is the global leader in computer‑based testing, delivering exams through one of the world’s most comprehensive and secure networks of test centers across more than 180 countries.

As a Test Center Administrator, you play a critical role in ensuring exams are delivered securely, fairly, and professionally. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates on test day, guiding them through the process while maintaining strict testing protocols. In your first few months, you’ll make an immediate impact by creating a calm, well‑prepared testing environment and consistently delivering high‑quality customer service. What You’ll Own

• Delivering a high level of customer service to all test candidates
• Preparing equipment and the test environment in line with company procedures
• Processing candidate sign‑in, including identity verification, in accordance with Pearson VUE and client requirements
• Explaining the testing process clearly and addressing candidate questions
• Maintaining the integrity and security of exams through proper supervision and invigilation

Success in this role means exams run smoothly, candidates feel supported, and all testing standards are met without compromise.

About You

• You communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing
• You bring experience in a customer‑facing role and are confident interacting face‑to‑face
• You’re comfortable working with policies and procedures and following them precisely
• You have strong attention to detail and are PC literate
• You’re able to stay calm under pressure and handle conflict professionally

You’re someone who takes ownership, respects process, and understands the importance of trust and security in a testing environment.
