• Work safely and follow all protocols to remain safe while working in a chemical factory. Understand the basics that are required in OSHA 30.

• Working closely with Experienced Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Technicians in a semiconductor facility.

• Maintaining System and equipment balance during new installations and the deinstallation of old process equipment.

• Troubleshooting issues arising from designs that cannot meet the air requirements of the process equipment.

• Working as a team and keeping each other accountable and safe. No one should go home in any condition other than equal to or better than when they arrived at work that day.

• Assists in emergencies as needed in the evening and/or weekends when the customer needs it.

Required:

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be a Sheetmetal Workers Union #359 member or be willing to sign up for the apprentice program as a Union #359 member. Membership must be maintained throughout the tenure of work.

• Must pass a drug screening (including THC) given to be able to be dispatched.

• Proficient in English (written and spoken) to be able to understand safety signs and follow technical instructions.

• Must pass a background check.

For services in the US, at a minimum, a criminal history check is required and must include (i) seven (7) years of applicable felony jurisdictions (including federal jurisdictions), (ii) five (5) years of applicable misdemeanor jurisdictions, and (iii) a “nationwide” type of criminal history crosscheck. Jurisdictions checked must include those jurisdictions where CW/PV is known to have worked or resided in the last seven (7) years. A criminal history check must also be based on any relevant information (such as names or aliases) or jurisdictions discovered from an SSN Trace.

Preferred:

• Hard worker who has a desire to learn for growth in the Testing, Adjusting and Balancing industry.

• Ability to follow written work plans and ask questions if there is a deviation from the scope of work listed within the work plans.

• Hold others accountable if they are not following the Customer's or ABM’s expectations and policies.
