We are evolving our DevOps Center of Excellence into a DevEx-driven engineering enablement function, building the platform, practices, and standards that define how software is developed at scale.

We are looking for aTestAutomationSpecialistwho wants to move beyond traditional testing and instead enable built-in quality across 160+teams

What are you going to do?

  • Design and implement scalable automated testing approaches acrossfunctional and non-functional test types (API, UI, Accessibility, Performance)
  • Build andevolve automation frameworks, templates, and reusable components
  • Collaborate withteamsand tech leads, providing hands-on support to strengthen their quality engineering setup
  • Build and enhance organization-wide telemetry to generate actionable quality insights

What do we expect from you?

  • Strong experience in test automation and quality engineering
  • Hands-on experience with modern automation frameworks (e.g.,Playwright, Cypress or similar)
  • Experience setting up and working with CI/CD pipelines(ADO,GitHubor similar)
  • Solid programming skills (e.g., TypeScript, C#, Python or similar)
  • Curiosity and openness towards AI and modern engineering approaches
  • Experience working in cross-functional and distributed teams
  • A mindset that sees quality as a continuous journey, not just a testing phase
  • Enjoyment in coaching and enabling teams toimprovetheir quality practices
  • Day-to-day responsibilities require a good/excellent level of English to communicate withcolleagues in other countries
