Descrizione del lavoro

Stiamo cercando un Test Automation Specialist analitico e orientato al dettaglio da inserire nel nostro dinamico team.

In qualità di Test Automation Specialist, svolgerà un ruolo cruciale nella progettazione, nello sviluppo e nella manutenzione di suite di test automatizzati per garantire la qualità e l'affidabilità dei nostri prodotti software.

Responsabilità

  • Sviluppare e mantenere test automatizzati
  • Eseguire test manuali e progettare casi di test
  • Analizzare i risultati dei test e gestire i difetti
  • Collaborare con team di sviluppo e QA
  • Supportare i membri junior e condividere buone pratiche di test automation
  • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei processi di testing

Qualifiche

Requisiti

  • Almeno 2 anni di esperienza in Test Automation
  • Conoscenza dei processi di sviluppo software
  • Conoscenza dei concetti base del testing
  • Capacità di progettare casi di test e identificare scenari di rischio
  • Esperienza con almeno uno strumento di automazione (es. Selenium, Appium, Playwright)
  • Esperienza nel testing di API (es. Postman o simili)
  • Familiarità con strumenti di ticket management (preferibile Jira)
  • Proattività e attitudine all’apprendimento

Nice to have

  • Certificazione ISTQB
  • Esperienza con Cucumber
  • Conoscenza di strumenti BPM (es. Appian, Kogito, Camunda)
  • Familiarità con pipeline CI/CD
  • Esperienza nella definizione di strategie o piani di test

Sede

  • Presenza richiesta su Roma o Milano 2/3 volte alla settimana
