Lead the design, development, and execution of mobile test automation solutions across Android and iOS applications. The role combines hands-on automation expertise with technical leadership, driving scalable frameworks, automation strategy, CI/CD integration, and team mentoring to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Lead and execute test automation activities across multiple projects.
Define automation strategy, roadmap, framework design, tool selection, and testing approach.
Design, enhance, and maintain scalable, reusable automation frameworks.
Integrate automated testing with Azure Pipelines/CI/CD and ensure stable test execution.
Review requirements, develop test scenarios/cases, identify automation opportunities, and drive test coverage.
Mentor automation engineers, conduct code reviews, drive de-flaking, and promote automation best practices.
Strong experience in manual and automation testing of native, hybrid, and mobile web applications on Android and iOS.
Hands-on expertise with Appium, Selenium WebDriver, PyTest, Cucumber, and/or Calabash.
Strong programming and automation framework development skills in Python, C#, or Java.
Good understanding of SDLC/STLC, Agile methodology, QA processes, test planning, and defect management.
Experience with Azure Pipelines/CI/CD, version control, test environments, and automated test execution.
Proven experience leading automation initiatives, mentoring engineers, and driving quality improvements.
