As a Test Automation Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. This role focuses on enhancing the overall control, accuracy, and integrity of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. The position requires driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering innovation in testing strategies to create more predictive and intelligent automation solutions. Collaboration with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products is a key aspect of the daily responsibilities, ensuring that testing processes align with organizational goals and industry standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of innovative testing frameworks and automation tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and improve overall team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align testing strategies with project objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PHP (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of quality engineering principles and continuous integration processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing solutions.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing test automation suites.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PHP (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
