We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer to join our R&D team in Oulu, Finland.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of iLOQ products by developing and maintaining automated test solutions for our web application, mobile applications and iLOQ devices. You will work closely with system testers and software developers to improve test coverage, accelerate feedback cycles and support the delivery of high-quality products.

What you'll do

In this role you will:

• Design, develop and maintain automated test solutions for web, mobile and system-level testing

• Create and execute automated test cases based on requirements, user stories and product specifications

• Develop and improve automated test frameworks, tools and testing environments

• Analyze test results, investigate failures and support root cause analysis

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the product development lifecycle

• Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated testing into development workflows

• Contribute to test planning, test strategy and quality improvement initiatives

• Produce and maintain testing-related documentation

• Contribute to continuous improvement of products, working methods, tools and quality practices together with the team.

What you'll bring

• Relevant technical degree (B.Sc. or M.Sc.)

• Experience in web and mobile application test automation

• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Robot Framework or similar)

• Experience with UI test automation tools (e.g. Playwright or similar)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems

• Experience developing test environments and test infrastructure

• Analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
