Job Description

Join our Research & Development team, where you will be responsible for the continuous development of our products. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for creating new software used in the operation of our devices—hearing aids.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and executing automated tests used to verify the quality of our software.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute test cases for regression and new functionality
  • Analyze, design, document and review test cases, and maintain the existing test base
  • Report and investigate bugs, retest fixes
  • Help define, create, and improve test engineering practices, processes, tools, and test infrastructure
  • Support feature development teams with investigations and exploratory testing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, verification, and infrastructure

More About You

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in the field of test automation. This role involves close collaboration with colleagues across teams, so strong communication skills are essential. At the same time, you will work independently and take ownership of your designs from start to finish, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in a regulated industry
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Experience with Rust and/or C#

Good to Have Qualifications

  • Experience in the medical industry
  • Experience in testing medical devices
  • ISTQB certification
  • Completed degree in IT
