Position:
Test Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Systems Testing / QA Specialist to lead and
execute testing strategies for large, complex systems across both GUI and
non-GUI environments. This role involves end-to-end testing ownership—from
planning and design through execution and reporting—ensuring systems meet
functional, performance, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Provide
  guidance on testing strategy, plans, tools, and resource allocation
• 
  Plan
  and execute testing efforts including integration, system, regression, and
  user acceptance testing
• 
  Develop
  test plans, scripts, and test cases for various system components
• 
  Execute
  functional, integration, performance, stress, and load testing
• 
  Validate
  system behavior under diverse scenarios and conditions
• 
  Identify,
  document, and track defects using tools such as ALM, JIRA, Bugzilla, or
  Azure DevOps
• 
  Collaborate
  with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• 
  Develop
  and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, UFT,
  TestComplete, or Postman
• 
  Integrate
  automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• 
  Perform
  data validation, reconciliation, and backend testing using queries
• 
  Conduct
  accessibility testing aligned with AODA (WCAG 2.0 AA) standards
• 
  Participate
  in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• 
  Maintain
  comprehensive test documentation and quality metrics
• 
  Ensure
  compliance with industry and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Must-Have Skills

• 
  Strong
  experience in testing large, complex, business-critical systems
• 
  Expertise
  in test planning, test case creation, and execution
• 
  Experience
  with QA tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps, Microfocus suite, or
  Playwright
• 
  Knowledge
  of Oracle database tools
• 
  Experience
  with data analysis, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation
• 
  Hands-on
  experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman)
• 
  Understanding
  of SDLC and testing life cycle
• 
  Experience
  with accessibility testing standards (AODA / WCAG 2.0 AA)

Technical Skills

• 
  Experience
  with web-based 3-tier architectures
• 
  Familiarity
  with workflow and rule-driven systems
• 
  Knowledge
  of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner
• 
  Proficiency
  in scripting (Python, JavaScript, or Bash)

  with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines

  with testing tools such as TestRail, Zephyr
