Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Test Sigma to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in test automation frameworks, application testing, and the ability to perform coding activities when required to support automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Test Sigma
• 
  Create and maintain robust automation frameworks for web and application testing.
• 
  Analyze business and technical requirements to define comprehensive test strategies and test cases.
• 
  Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• 
  Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
• 
  Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• 
  Monitor test execution results, analyze failures, and provide detailed defect reports.
• 
  Enhance test coverage and optimize automation processes for improved efficiency.
• 
  Write custom code/scripts for automation requirements whenever necessary.
• 
  Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 
  Strong hands-on experience with Test Sigma for test automation.
• 
  Expertise in software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• 
  Experience in application development and automation scripting/coding.
• 
  Ability to create and maintain automation frameworks from scratch.
• 
  Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• 
  Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
