Receive samples from the CS team; review, assess, and analyze samples; request testing samples from CCL; and arrange sample transfer together with Work Orders (WO) to the laboratories. Details are as follows:
Analyze samples and define appropriate test items for each sample component.
Perform test assignment in the SGS system and transfer samples to the relevant laboratories.
Coordinate and communicate with other teams (Laboratories, CS) to clarify any questions related to testing or samples, and follow up on orders.
Study and review testing guidelines to provide technical advice and support to order control teams.
Organize resources to handle the daily operations of the TA Team (including test plans, testing methods, sample breakdown, etc.).
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
University level or higher (Major in Chemistry or Mechanical Engineering)
Good communication & Office skills
Basic English skills
Knowledge of chemistry or electrical/materials/testing fields is a plus
Knowledge in IT/Excel VBA Macro is a plus
