We are looking for a Test & Verification Technician to support the development and validation of innovative dosing, dispensing, dilution, and packaging solutions for the professional cleaning and hygiene industry.
In this hands-on role, you will work closely with Innovation and Product Development Engineering teams to build prototypes, create test setups, execute laboratory testing, and verify product performance. Your work will help transform concepts into reliable, market-ready solutions.
What You'll Do
Build, modify, and maintain prototypes, test rigs, and laboratory setups
Execute product testing and verification activities according to defined test plans and protocols
Support the development and validation of new dosing, dispensing, dilution, and packaging solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues identified during testing and recommend practical solutions
Collect, analyze, and document test results and technical findings
Prepare clear reports and maintain accurate technical records
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methods, laboratory capabilities, and equipment
Work closely with engineers and development teams to support product innovation and commercialization
What We're Looking For
MBO or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Design Engineering, or a related technical field
2-5 years of experience in a laboratory, workshop, R&D, manufacturing engineering, or similar technical environment
Hands-on experience with prototype building, testing, and mechanical workshop activities
Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks
Basic knowledge of mechatronics, automation, or programming (Arduino experience is a plus)
Ability to organize and prioritize work while meeting project deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Fluent English
Nice to Have
Workshop and machining experience (milling, lathe, fabrication)
Knowledge of fluid handling, pumping, or dispensing systems
Experience with laboratory equipment, test rigs, or validation setups
Understanding of sensors, PLCs, microcontrollers, or IoT technologies
Experience with packaging systems or related regulations
Knowledge of chemical compatibility and material interactions
