Responsibilities  Service Now QA experience - more than 3 years  Understanding Service Now Business requirements and identify the gaps  Understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools, and process  Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with development teams to integrate testing activities seamlessly into the development process.  Execute and help design test scenarios and test cases for various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SR, CSM, WSD, Portal, and Interaction Management, ensuring thorough validation of functionality and performance.  Effectively manage defects throughout the defect lifecycle, from identification and logging to resolution and verification.  Generate comprehensive test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress, defects status, and overall quality to stakeholders.  Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams and coordinating with QA lead to ensure alignment and successful delivery.  Flexible working hours, including working hours in the 2nd shift with overlap with US Central Time (CT) timings, to support Onsite team. Requirements  3+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow required.  2+ years’ experience with ServiceNow Test Management required.  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.  CIS – ITSM, ISTQB, ITIL Foundation certifications preferred.  Thorough understanding of Testing frameworks and processes.  Hands-on experience in writing test cases for Unit testing, Functional testing, Regression, and UAT.  Practical experience in using ServiceNow Agile and Test Management, Jira, and other testing toolsets.  Confident in dealing with customers and contributing to QA meetings.  ServiceNow ATF knowledge is preferred.  Excellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.  Self-starter and innovator.
