Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tester with strong expertise in Salesforce application testing and MuleSoft integration testing The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating Salesforce applications, API testing, end-to-end integration testing, and ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications and MuleSoft integrations.
  • Perform Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
  • Validate MuleSoft APIs, data transformations, and integrations with Salesforce.
  • Execute API testing using Postman, SOAP UI, or similar tools.
  • Verify data synchronization between Salesforce and connected applications.
  • Perform defect tracking and management using JIRA/ALM.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Integration teams to resolve issues.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
  • Support UAT and production validation activities.

Essential skills

  • 4–7 years of experience in Software Testing.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce Testing, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
  • Strong experience in MuleSoft Integration Testing
  • Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, objects, workflows, validation rules, and data migration testing.
  • Experience in testing Marketing Cloud functionalities such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and related integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and API testing using Postman or SOAP UI
  • Experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and End-to-End Testing.
  • Good knowledge of SQL/SOQL for backend and data validation.
  • Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
