About the opportunity

As a Test Analyst, you'll work closely with the Test Lead, project teams, business stakeholders and technology partners to plan, execute and support testing activities across RACV's integrated application landscape. This is a Mid-Level role where you'll be responsible for test planning, test execution, defect management, regression testing and supporting release activities.

You'll play an important role in ensuring quality outcomes across key enterprise systems, including Salesforce, while contributing to continuous improvement of testing practices and automation capabilities as well as the adoption and use of AI in line with Quality Assurance Frameworks.

Key responsibilities include

  • Develop and execute test cases for system enhancements, projects and releases.

  • Review business requirements and user stories to ensure effective test coverage and traceability.

  • Undertake functional, regression, integration and production verification testing.

  • Log, track and manage defects, working with business and technical teams to drive resolution.

  • Support release planning and provide testing effort estimates.

  • Contribute to automated testing and regression test suite development.

  • Participate in post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Technology, business teams and external vendors.

What you’ll need to be successful

  • 3-5 years’ experience as a Test Analyst within a large enterprise environment.

  • An in depth understanding of the software testing lifecycle, test management and governance practices.

  • Experience testing integrated applications across multiple platforms (Salesforce, AEM, Apps) and environments.

  • Experience with requirements analysis, test planning and defect management.

  • Hands-on experience in Automation testing (Java/Selenium or UiPath).

  • Commercial experience in API testing.

  • Experience with, or a strong understanding of, AI technologies will be viewed favourably.

  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.

  • Strong analytical, technical communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
