Our client is seeking a Senior QA & Business Analysis Consultant to lead user acceptance testing strategy and business requirements validation across large-scale transformation programs. This role combines quality assurance expertise with business analysis acumen to ensure seamless alignment between business needs and system delivery.
• Lead UAT strategy, planning, execution, governance, and reporting across enterprise transformation initiatives
• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, validate, and refine requirements
• Translate business requirements into detailed test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• Establish and maintain end-to-end traceability from requirements through testing, defect resolution, and production deployment
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder discussions, walkthroughs, and validation sessions to clarify business needs
• Design and oversee execution of manual and automated testing efforts, supporting automation initiatives with relevant frameworks
• Perform impact assessments for change requests and ensure appropriate testing coverage across programs
• Support cutover planning, business readiness activities, go-live support, and provide status reporting with risk assessments and executive-level communication
• 8+ years of experience in QA, business analysis, or related roles
• Deep expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and execution on large-scale programs
• Strong business analysis skills including requirements elicitation, validation, and stakeholder management
• Demonstrated experience with Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) and end-to-end traceability management
• Proficiency in test automation using Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
• Domain knowledge in mortgage operations and experience in GSE environments (preferred)
• Expertise in change management, enterprise transformation, and communicating complex initiatives to executive stakeholders
