Goodyear is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Specialist to join our Atlantic Canada sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing territory sales, developing new business opportunities, supporting dealer and distributor partners, and increasing Goodyear's market share across the region.   • Drives business growth and market expansion by identifying new dealer accounts, increasing Goodyear's sales volume, and growing share of account across multiple sales channels within the assigned territory.
  • Strengthens dealer and distributor performance through ongoing relationship management, day-to-day support, and the implementation of national programs, promotions, and incentives designed to increase sales and engagement.
  • Builds product knowledge and sales capability by training and developing dealer associates on Goodyear's product portfolio, enabling them to better promote and sell Goodyear solutions to end customers.
  • Protects and enhances Goodyear's competitive position by monitoring market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and product positioning, and communicating actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and sales execution.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute territory and customer business plans to achieve or exceed sales objectives while supporting Goodyear's overall growth strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as a trusted business partner and driving increased share of accounts and long-term account growth.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and business reports to identify growth opportunities and create targeted strategies to improve performance across assigned channels.
  • Conduct regular retailer visits to support sales initiatives, strengthen account engagement, and ensure execution of key sell-out priorities.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activity, providing insights and recommendations that help strengthen Goodyear's competitive position.
  • Manage territory operations by maintaining reporting requirements, tracking business performance, and supporting regional projects and strategic initiatives as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in-field sales, customer development, account management, or operational support, preferably within the tire industry or a related market.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required; French proficiency is highly desired.
  • Experience in consumer sales with a demonstrated ability to grow customer relationships, achieve sales objectives, and drive business results.
  • Proven ability to work independently, make sound business decisions, and effectively manage priorities with limited day-to-day supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable business plans; familiarity with tire industry channels, consumer goods, or similar industries is an asset.

  • Location: Home Office – Atlantic Canada
  • Travel: Approximately 70%
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Goodyear offers a competitive pay and comprehensive total rewards package designed with your physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing in mind. The pay range for this position is


$80,408.00 CAD - $114,868.00 CAD

However, base pay offered may vary depending on factors such-as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. You will also be eligible for a number of benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, retirement savings plan, life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, as well as tire discounts.
