You're out in the field every day — meeting new prospects, deepening relationships with existing customers, and making sure that when something goes wrong in your territory, PIRTEK is the first call they make. No hydraulic experience required. Seriously — we'll train you on everything technical. What we can't teach is drive, hustle, and the ability to build a room full of strangers into a loyal customer base. That part needs to come from you.

Hunter — Build the customer base:
You'll be prospecting daily — cold calls, in-person visits, referrals, leads. The Central Valley is full of potential customers who don't know PIRTEK yet. That changes because of you.
Farmer — Grow what's already there:
Existing customers are an untapped goldmine. You'll maintain those relationships, uncover new needs, introduce additional service lines, and make sure PIRTEK stays top of mind — not just when something breaks.
Brand Ambassador — Make PIRTEK visible:
In a market we're growing, visibility matters. You'll attend trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings — proudly representing PIRTEK and building a reputation that opens doors before you even knock.

Agriculture, construction, logistics, manufacturing, mining — this region runs on heavy equipment, and heavy equipment runs on hydraulics. The demand for what PIRTEK offers is everywhere. Your job is to make sure the right people know we're here.
