The Cary Company is seeking a driven and personable Territory Sales Representative to expand our presence across Colorado, with a strong focus on the industrial-rich Denver area This role offers the opportunity to represent our container, packaging, and filtration product lines in a key market known for its booming aerospace, energy, and technology sectors, while also supporting surrounding regions.

Compensation

  • Competitive Base Salary: $60,000–$70,000

  • Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped earning potential with commissions and bonuses tied to growth and retention.
  • High-Earning Opportunity: Top performers exceed over $100,000 total compensation as territory matures.
  • Additional Rewards: Special incentives for new customer acquisition and hitting key milestones.
