Territory Sales Representative

Location: New Jersey & Eastern Pennsylvania

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Hours: 40 hours per week

Status: Full-Time, Benefits Eligible

Salary Range: $65,000 to $90,000

We are seeking a high-energy Territory Sales Representative with a strong hunter mentality to drive new business and grow market share across New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania

This role is best suited for sales professionals with experience in clinical or AP laboratory sales, pharmaceutical, medical device/equipment, healthcare services,or related healthcare industries.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth and profitability within an assigned territory

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities

  • Maintain and grow an existing client base

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers

  • Partner with operations to deliver exceptional, customer-focused service

  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas

  • Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record (past 3 years)

  • 4–5 years of outside sales or service experience

  • Proven track record of new business development (“hunter” mindset)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of outside Sales or Service experience in the medical field.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing
