THE OPPORTUNITY: At EMI-TGT, part of the Lakeshirts family, we're in the memory-making business. For more than 30 years, we've been creating travel- and adventure-inspired products that celebrate where people go and what they experience along the way. From bold stickers and accessories to stylish tees, hats, and cozy sweatshirts, our designs help retailers tell stories-and help customers take a piece of their adventure home.

We're looking for a Sales Representative who's ready to grow business, build relationships, and bring energy to the road. In this role, you'll partner closely with our National Sales Manager to expand our retailer base, strengthen existing accounts, and make sure EMI-TGT products stand out in shops across your territory.

This isn't a buttoned-up, corporate sales job. We're creative, fast-moving, and fueled by originality. If you love selling products that spark emotion, connect with travelers, and turn moments into memories....this might be your next great adventure.

TERRITORY: Hawaii - we're looking for someone located anywhere in the state, who is willing to travel. If this sounds like a fit for you, let's talk.

DAILY REP LIFE | Sell the Goods + Build Relationships + WOW Customers + Own Your Day

• Build lasting partnerships with retailers, boutiques, resorts, hotels, and gift shops
• Promote our resort and lifestyle product lines, highlighting what makes them unique
• Use your sales skills to grow new accounts and nurture existing ones
• Keep your day organized, tracking customer needs, sales goals, and market trends
• Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth orders and happy customers
• Stay informed on new products and share updates that keep your clients excited
• Inspire adventure and creativity through every sticker, hoodie, and tee you sell

QUALIFICATIONS | Driven + Independent + Personable + Results-Focused

• Background in sales, especially apparel or lifestyle brands, is preferred
• Experience as a Sales Rep, Buyer, or in retail merchandising is a bonus
• Strong at relationship building and connecting with diverse customer bases
• Comfortable traveling within your territory to support customers
• Goal-oriented and able to work independently
• Solid communicator with a professional, approachable style
• Familiar with CRMs (Salesforce is a plus!) and tech tools to stay on track
• Ready to embrace our culture (dog lovers welcome 🐾)
