TERRITORY SALES MANAGER – PAVEMENT EQUIPMENT
QUALIFICATIONS:
From fabrication to final assembly,Stepp is a full manufacturing facility for asphalt maintenance equipment. Our equipment heats, stores, transports, and applies all types of asphaltic material for maintaining the roadways.
Our vision is to be a world-class manufacturer and the leading supplier of asphalt maintenance equipment.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual togenerate sales leads and sell the Stepp Mfg., Kasi Infrared, and VSS Macropaver product lines to our municipal customer base within your specified sales territoryThese product lines include a variety of tow-behind and truck-mounted asphalt and infrared equipment used forsurfacing, repairing and maintaining roadways
The specific territory for this listing will be the West Coast including the states of:
California, Arizona, Nevada and other surrounding states.
This territory comes set with established, high performing dealers. The new incumbent will be responsible for continuing to maintain these critical business relationships, as well as sourcing and setting up other new dealers in relevant territories.
Compensation will be an annual base pay with a graduation-based commission structure.
Starting wage to be negotiated based on candidate’s work experience and qualifications.
