About Us

Uniphar Medtech is a leading partner for innovative medical technology. In Germany, CoRRect Medical GmbH (part of the Uniphar Group) represents a highly specialised portfolio in interventional cardiology, vascular surgery and emergency medicine. We bring technologies where they save lives.

Your Mission: More Than Just Sales

In this role, you won’t be selling catalogue products – you will bring life-saving innovations such as TAVI accessories, ECMO technologies and solutions for congenital heart defects directly into the operating theatre and catheterisation lab. You are the strategic partner for cardiologists and surgeons, playing a key role in elevating patient care across northern and eastern Germany.

Your Playing Field: North-East

The Nord-Ost territory spans Berlin, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and parts of Lower Saxony – from Dresden and Leipzig through Magdeburg and Halle to Berlin, Potsdam, Rostock and Braunschweig. With approximately 12.8 million inhabitants and a dense landscape of university hospitals, maximum-care providers and cardiac centres, it is the largest territory in our DACH organisation.

Your Profile: Cardiology Expert or Passionate Hunter

We are looking for a highly motivated individual – whether driven by years of sales experience or by deep clinical expertise.

  • The Entrepreneur: You operate like a “CEO of your own territory”. You love winning new business (hunter mentality) but are equally skilled at developing existing accounts sustainably.
  • Career Changers Welcome: You come from cardiac technology, specialised nursing or the cardiac catheterisation lab? We value your clinical insider knowledge! We will invest in your commercial development and support your transition into a sales role.
  • Market Knowledge: Ideally, you understand the German hospital system (DRG, NUB) and know how procurement processes work in clinical settings.
  • Clinical Presence: You are equally at home in the catheterisation lab, operating theatre and ICU as you are in conversations with senior clinical decision-makers.
  • Languages: Fluent German is essential; English skills are an advantage.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively across a large territory, >60% travel. Ideal residence: Berlin, Leipzig or Magdeburg. Valid driver’s licence (Class B).

What We Offer

  • Attractive Package: A competitive base salary plus a performance-linked bonus that rewards real growth.
  • Mobility & Lifestyle: A premium company car, available for private use.
  • Autonomy: Short decision-making paths and full backing from senior leadership. You have the freedom to shape your own territorial strategy.
  • Innovation You Can Touch: A portfolio with genuine competitive advantages and differentiated clinical designs that open doors with physicians.
  • Development: Training, coaching and an individual development plan. Access to the Uniphar Group’s international network and regular attendance at leading medical congresses.
